Green Spaces Operator (Cleaning & Maintenance)

We are seeking a Permanent, Full-time Green Spaces Operator (Cleaning & General Maintenance) for our Tasman team based in Richmond.  The successful applicant will take the lead in ensuring the team is well resourced with all the tools and equipment they need, as well as undertaking regular cleaning & maintenance duties, as required, for our residential and commercial clients in an area ranging from Murchison, Tapawara, Golden Bay, Richmond to Motueka.

Regular checks on the safety of playgrounds will be part of the normal working routine as is general handy work.  As a great team player the successful applicant will be helping out with gardening and mowing if necessary.

To be successful you will have the following skills/qualifications:

  • Prior experience in stock control

  • Prior experience in a cleaning or maintenance position

  • Experience in and competence using a full range of garden maintenance equipment

  • Full Class 1 drivers licence (Class 2 preferred)

  • Can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn (essential).
