Nelmac is responsible for ongoing maintenance of this network, including network inspections, operational checks and sampling, interface between customers and the client, reactive maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the electrical / SCADA network, minor repairs, water compliance testing and monitoring, and various projects.

Our team is on-call 24/7 including a duty officer roster system and emergency response services.

Over the last five years, Nelmac has achieved full compliance to the target performance levels of 95% or above.  As a result we have achieved full compliance with NZ Drinking Water Standards and have had no financial deductions from the Client (as allowed for in the contract).
