This is your opportunity to be the valued in-house expert on all things lawn related within the Nelmac Landscapes team. Your enthusiasm for lawn installation, after care and renovation will be second to none - in fact you could happily talk about it until the cows come home. You will be reporting to a Senior Manager and have their full backing but will be ultimately responsible for your own patch - so everything from quoting on prospective jobs, to building great customer relationships and delivering outstanding results will fall under your remit.
While a lot of your time will naturally be spent alone out on the job you will have the support of a wider landscaping team. Assisting them with the variety of general landscaping projects on the go will ensure extra variety and challenge in your day.
To be successful an HT licence is essential and experience in driving small machinery preferred. You will also need to feel comfortable using a computer and completing basic administration work. Topping the list, however, is your self motivation and energy to breath life in to the lawn services offered by Nelmac Lanscapes. This is your chance to shine.

The Team Leader is the glue that keeps the multiple large and small projects humming – from organising people, ordering materials, liaising with customers, forward planning and quoting on jobs YOU are the lynch pin of the operation. That said you’re far from a paper pusher and will get a healthy dose of being out in the air working on the tools. So you need to have the technical ability and desire to get your hands dirty – involved in everything from planting to building hard structures such as decks, retaining walls and pergolas. An HT licence is essential, with a landscaping qualification and experience in driving trucks, diggers and tractors preferred.
